The 'D' term appears larger than before because I removed an internal constant.
    At May/10 15:30 [CDT]: Revert to the "old" board.

    At May/10 11:30 [CDT]: Pato replaces the ADC board for table sensor #2 ... same noise level.

    Since May/8 18:00 [CDT]: T_Table = (T1+T2+T3)/3
    Pato refills the glycol ... after about 8 hrs the table temperatures start rising.

    At May/7 13:30 [CDT]: PID: off

    At May/7 11:20 [CDT]: PID: on

    At May/7 3:15 [CDT]: PID: off

    At May/6 12:00 [CDT]: I don't know what's going on ... glycol level is low
