August 18:
The 'I' term had been "stuck" at its maximum value of '1.0'. I am helping the system
to recover by manually setting the 'I' term back to '0'.
Glycol: I=0.3
August 17:
Running with some spares and external power supplies.
The enclosure is warming up towards the operating temperature.
August 16:
More troubleshooting ...
August 15 (18:00):
Sensors indicate the instrument is getting very warm
-- Shutdown PLC and entire electronics
All sensors are at unreasonable values (with some noise), the motor
running at max. power, but supposedly no flow.
August 15 (11:00):
No noise on the data -- still all readouts are constant -- Power cycle PLC.
Now there's noise but the temperatures are very high (table=26.8,
dewar=30, inside air=29)
August 14 (15:00):
Some PLC tests (not sure what excactly is done), but
now all values are basically constant
Since August/12:
Glycol: I=1.0
Since August/8 (9:00):
The pump motor is running almost continously.
