       5 = ASICs System  Assembly                                     | 
       6 = Light covers                                              | 
       7 = External decoder  boxes for FW, FFW                        |

        The “ZZZ” entry can have the following  values:_____________________| 
        Sequential number,  001 to 099 for Part, Assembly, 2D drawing 
         
        For the most significant digit: 
        8ZZ = Testing  mechanisms and assemblies, temporary  
        9ZZ = Temporary files  not assigned a permanent number yet. Design testing. 
         
        BOM (Bill of Materials) 
         
        All  the links within the spreadsheet will retrieve a file in PDF format
        (Portable Data Format) 
        that can be read by any computer that has Adobe Reader. They are printable files 
         
        The files under the 3D  column are 3D solids
        that can be rotated,  zoom-in/out, etc. 
        For assemblies while viewing a 3D file:  
        On the left side of the  PDF file there is a Model Tree pane, and by expanding it (press +) 
        all the
        parts are exposed. A Right Click on a part allows you to make  the part Invisible, 
        Transparent, Isolate, etc. 
         
        Description of the  columns: 
         
        Item                  Sequential number within an Assembly or Sub-Assembly. 
         
        Qty                    Quantity  required for the present Assembly or Sub-Assembly. 
         
        Part Number   Number  of a Part, Assembly or Third-Party vendor item. 
         
        Vendor             Name of the manufacturer or provider for the parts  listed in Part Number. 
         
        Description     Self explanatory, it is the  description of the Part or Assembly. 
         
        REV                   Present Revision of the part or  assembly. The latest version is posted. 
         
        3D                      3D solids generated with a solids  modeling program. 
         
        SAT                   Standard ACIS Text. It is the description  of a Solid part (volume and mass) 
                                   and can be  understood by CNC software to machine a part, ASCII text file. 
                             Click on the link then: File > Save As ... 
         
        Photo                Compressed PDF files of a JPG  picture taken with a digital camera. In some 
                             cases more than  one pictures is in the files accessed by the link.  Since most 
                             pictures are 2 or 3  Megabytes, the pictures have been compressed for 
                             reasonable download time to see  them. 
   
    Notes               Notes  generated with a Tablet-PC, converted to PDF files. Could be just hand 
                             written notes, hand annotated PDF files or  drawings, or annotated data sheets.
